Casting revealed for Death Note the Musical

lightbanner

Back in December we found out that Death Note would be getting a musical adaptation set for 2015, and now we know who will be playing Light Yagami.

Light is probably best known for his dramatic poses, so fans are probably hoping his role will be in good hands and it is. It’s in two sets of hands, in fact, as Light’s role is being double cast, meaning there will be two different actors set to play him at different performances.

The first actor will be Kenji Urai, who made his professional debut in Kamen Rider Kuuga. After that, he went on to star as the sixth generation Tuxedo Mask in the Sailor Moon musical, so you know he’ll be able to handle all the elaborate poses Light tends to strike.

Hatsune Miku sings Let it Go from Frozen [Video]

jksdvg,ksdjb

Frozen is without a doubt one of the most successful animated movies ever as it won an oscar award for best animated feature film and smashing box office records around the world, Japan in particular where the movie topped the box office for a whopping 16 weeks.

It comes to no surprise that a few fans have loved frozen, so much so that they even edited videos of Miku as the Snow Queen Elsa herself, singing the now-iconic theme song of the movie, Let It Go. The video, which was uploaded by おかっち became viral in the Japanese video streaming website NicoNico Douga. The video however does not use Miku’s voice, but singer Tokako Matsu.

While there is a Tokako Matsu version, another Nico Nico Douga member meanwhile made another version of the video, this time using the vocaloid program and Hatsune Miku’s voice.

Now which version do you think was better?
